WHAT TO EXPECT

CLASS LOCATION

CLASSES ARE HELD AT WESTON CREEK COMMUNITY CENTRE IN CANBERRA
WHITNEY PLACE, WESTON ACT 2611

Thursday Night

6:00pm - 7:30pm

Sunday Morning

10am - 11:30am

Each class runs for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, this is followed by 30 minutes of free time during which students can do more solo or partner training, ask questions, get extra help and valuable feedback from Sifu, or just hang out and have a chat.

A REGULAR CLASS AT BLACK LION WING CHUN CONSISTS OF:

Warm ups
Form and foundation practice
Partner drills and exercises
Group form training
Stretching and warm down
Guided breathing and meditation

ETIQUETTE

Turn mobile phones off (or silent) during class.

Aim to arrive 5 - 10 minutes early so class can get started on time.

Wear your uniform (provided) at all times.

Concentrate on your training during class.

Help each other learn and improve rather than competing.
